In certain circumstances, yes. If a product is faulty and within its manufacturer's warranty period, we'll be glad to swap it, as long as you have proof of purchase. Our Gosnells store has an entry via the rear carpark if you really need discretion. Our Midland store is set back a little from the Cheesecake shop next door, so you can quickly duck around the bushes and into our store and anyone would think you were buying cheesecake! The Balcatta store is outside the Northlands plaza shopping centre. The Canning Vale store is set lower than street level and is unit 1, so with parking around the side of the building.
We have a change-room in each store so that you can try on lingerie before purchase. Hygiene and common-sense dictates however that you try on lingerie over your clothes. Stockings, underwear and other hosiery items can not be tried on, due to obvious health and hygiene reasons.
